A family friend who works with a lot of real estate agents referred us to Ram because, as they put it, Ram is “one of the good guys” in a sea of agents just looking for a quick transaction. I can confirm that they were right! The trait that I valued the most with Ram was his honesty. He did not make any false promises and was realistic in every one of his assessments. When we would go to view houses he was trying to find reasons for us not to buy particular houses based on the criteria we gave him when we started our home buying journey, as opposed to other agents that tried to talk us into a house even when it may have not been the best fit.
